This place allows smoking and has cat. Be noted. Very uncommon for me to ever give a comment before even leaving a restaurant but I'm quite certain my feeling toward this place wouldn't change within the duration. And i am allergic to cat I just randomly searched for a cafe to stay for a short while for a drink before meeting up with friend and I already ate. But this cafe certainly exceeded my expectations and I'll likely come back here for breakfast or lunch multiple times before leaving tokyo. One of the female staff speaks fine english, even if you don't speak Japanese, it will be fine to communicate.

First, you can smoke in there so be aware of that. Second, such a cute place and beautifully decorated. There are two cats in there and they are so cute. The food was good, regular.

If you’re a cat lover, this is the place to go. There are two cats lazing about in the cafe and the owner is in good spirits and loves talking about his cat. I even got a cute little cat postcard off him! The cafe is cozy, adorned with all sorts of trinkets, antiques and art. I really love messy places like this, that’s where I’m able to relax the most and forget about crowds that stress me out.

This cafe is a MUST GO for cat lovers! The moment I sit down, lovely cat jumped on my table and stayed there for few minutes. You can also smoke here and drink alcohol. Maybe because of that under 20 years old people aren't allowed here. So you can have a relaxing time and get healed by cute cats.

Found this cozy, quirky-cute spot thanks to it being a Pokemon gym.! The statue of a cat eating pasta outside give you a hint of the whimsy within. An eclectic collection of velvet couches, tons of mostly animal-themed knick-nacks and lots of manga (all in japanese, sorry) plus several friendly cats roam the cafe. Soft jazz plays in the background, and there’s a sweet sense of time gone by here. The menu is simple and unfussy - omelette rice, curry, hamburger or pasta, plus coffee, tea and sodas, plus you get a piece of banana and some corn nuts just for hanging out. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the cats aren’t shy either — one hopped on my table to say hello. One downside: they allow smoking, which I don’t enjoy at all, but I’m okay with it just to enjoy this little pocket of whimsy in a back road of Shinjuku.

Really fun vibes here! The food is simple but quite yummy. Very laid back. There is one cute kitty that lounges in the restaurant. There is also lots of smoking going on here, if that is bothersome to you.

Excellent! Funny thing,I went to do a Pokemon raid boss in a random area and I found this jewel. If you are in Tokyo do visit it. Lots of stuff collected thru the years will keep you busy looking around for a while. They have good drinks and food too
